There were nanites swarming the circuits, Six ordered them away. “Ok. This is pretty bad.” He said, disappointed. He pull out the burnt out wires, and got some replacements out of the box, and began placing them. His AI spoke. “I’m not saying that the phantoms are going to come and blow up the planet, but....” “But what?” Six didn’t take his eyes off his work. “But I [i]am[/i] detecting a huge number of phantom ships at the edge of the system.” “For how long have you detected them...?” “Only 30 seconds.” “Ah, shit!” He placed the final wires and entered the ship. “What do we do, Six?” “I.... don’t know. We can’t take them on alone. But I’m the only person who knows about this, and I don’t know anyone who would help.” “We still have time to think of something.” “True.
