When starting for the base game up to max when starying a new character I found it extremely difficult to infuse anything I got, my first infusion didnt take place to until the first mission of forsaken, not to mention of the three exotics I got I no longer found them usable due to getting blues that exceed their power level by a considerable margin. Cores in no way shape or form provide a useful or meaningful strain on infusion.

Bungie needs to consider how rigid this system is a for ‘new’ players beginning Destiny 2 from scratch. It’s a HOSTILE economy for new players, and represents a huge road block for people who are only just getting into Destiny 2.
