Look this game specifically says is for teams, yet I played solo for a long time and used to be casual and found there was plenty to do. The post mentions the shattered throne, you know what, I tried soloing it and it’s pretty involved, so if a person has the time to do that, well it contradicts the casual part. And if someone has the time and skill to solo the shattered throne then I do not think they are casual, and think they can work on soloing other high end content. The post asks for matchmaking for high end team activities that require lots of team work and that is absurd. Look at the Reckoning t2 or T3, if you go solo most times you don’t pass the bridge and redoing it till you get a lucky team, well you just waisted too much time, and if you are casual you just wasted you little time. Raids are involved and need way more time.
