Yeah, all those have team queue except stories/patrol so they(Gambit/Crucible) aren't solo activities, they're team activities you can solo queue in to. Patrol is only solo until they drop someone in on your server instance.
-
Exactly my point. You can go in as a solo player , and they will help you get a team 👍
-
Playing on a team isn't the same as playing solo.
-
You lost me at crucible, forges, gambit ;)
-
all have matchmaking - i don't see the issue.

They do, yes, where you either face full teams and get stomped, or queue bergusia forge for 2 hrs n keep getting out in solo. Destiny is like no other game, even cod isn't as toxic. People actually advertise for lfg groups to quote them 'stomp quickplay win streaks'. Literally must have not forgotten, must have 4kdr, don't suck etc etc. The game actively puts teams of 2 or 3 on the same team as a 2 or 3. It does it in gambit too, 2 x2s Vs 4 solos. I try Crucible in the evening, literally 5-6 stacks nonstop, same old dust rock Luna NF wardcliff hunters setup, I play morning it's not as bad but it's people from Russia with 8000 ping. Same with Gambit. Forges, if it's not reset day, forget it, you're going in solo.
**queues solo in solo "only" matchmaking for gambit/crucible** **sends chat invite to blueberrys on team** **communicates and wins due to coordination** vs **queues solo in regular matchmaking for gambit/crucible** **sends chat invite to blueberrys on team** **communicates and wins due to coordination** i honestly don't see the issue, and i mainly solo queue.
also, at this point, if you can't [in the rare case of] solo bergusia forge - i don't know how to help you..

That the best you got? Lol

i have better, but i also know that here on the forums - regardless of the side you're on arguing is essentially going to be like beating a dead horse. This game is extremely solo friendly. The only thing you can't do, or at least matchmade for you are the raids. You can still reach max level. As far as competitive modes are concerned (ie. gambit & crucible) teamwork will always give you an advantage. Someone who does not use an lfg, or try and communicate with others you are matchmade with are actively choosing to make their experience more difficult and that becomes a "them" problem. if it helps, the ping issues are a thing but until we get dedicated servers we are -blam!-ed. also, if it helps, i very much hate enhancement cores in infusion. But at the end of the day, as I see it, this game is super casual/solo friendly. The awesome loot that is locked behind difficult missions or that is locked behind teamwork - is justified.

Lol if you cant play those solo , i cant help you lol
-
I think people want solo que for crucible and gambit. Would be nice, but separating an already small playerbase even more won't result in a better experience. 😕

The issue is that it will essentially lengthen the wait time and you will be playing with the same people a lot more often. D1 suffered from this, it was so bad that I stopped playing crucible then. The wait times were horrid.
-
In solo queue you don't have the problem of running into stacks of a higher skill the. You. Only pro I can think of. Doesn't happen very often but it can be incredibly frustrating.

Agreed
