Well.... nerfing some of the most effective weapons in the game sucks, but thank goodness we have an Infusion system that is not at all cost prohibitive and allows us to experiment with builds, bring up and try new weapons, put together multiple sets of armor, and all without hours and hours of tedious chores! ... Oh, wait. No, no that's exactly what we DON'T have. We used to, but not anymore. Now some of the best tools in our kits are being nerfed AND the cost of Infusion is so high that bringing up and testing out alternative gear isn't realistic unless we want to do a ton of boring, mindless, padding chores before we get to play the game. Nope. Bungie's stance on Enhancement Cores and their sh*t attitude towards the same all but guaranteed that I won't give them another dime. Bungie's stance on the latest nerfs AND their sh*t attitude toward the same ABSOLUTELY guaranteed it. Cores in Infusion needs to go. (edited to fix a typo)

Bungie uses the lack of build diversity as a rationale to break the game's exotic weapons and armor. Yet have stubbornly ignored our complaints that cores are barring us from USING anything but the game's most powerful and efficient weapons. So nothing's really going to change, other than our Guardians are going to be made weaker. Because we STILL won't be able to bring up other gear pieces. Its all just so stupid.

 • It’s like they took the circular logic used here to defend them and encoded it into the game!

 • Not "like". That's exactly what they did. Which is usually a sign that someone is arguing from expediency and self-interest rather than principle.

 • Yes. They appear to teeter between the two constantly. I think infighting has been a staple there for a while.
