What is he going to say? He cares (which is why this thread has remained here). But he doesn’t have the power to make the changes we want or to say anything that his bosses haven’t approved. The problem is that the people who DO have that power DONT CARE. Because they don’t have to face us, and Bungie execs aren’t holding them accountable to our dissatisfaction. So we’re at a stalemate until either enough people stop playing or stop PAYING that Bungie finally caves....or the game goes under. Those are the only two ways this ends for Bungie. IOW, you’re seeing a company that has lost sight of what’s really important and is being poorly run. Which, imo, is why Activision left.
