Dude, welcome to Online Multi Player, you grind for gear and currencies. Some currencies are rare, some easier to obtain.
Enhancement cores should be rare and power you up, i have no problem with cores because I only infuse the things i need and use the drops as they come until I hit max power. Learn how to manage your recourses instead of complaining.
Im 700 power with all my gear and weapons I use fully master-worked , i currently have 130 enchantment cores and its only gonna up from here. Watch a video or learn how to manage your money.

So, don't tell me how to play, as if you could possibly know better. Keep that stuff in your clan party chats. EDIT: And here's a downvote I wouldn't otherwise have given you for the thought you put into everything else...if you hadn't gotten up on your high-horse.
