Also their currently dwindling fanbase, kind of indicates that if they don't start listening, then there won't be a game to make for much longer. This is the issue with your line of thinking, which goes directly against good business. If people are unhappy with your product they don't buy it. There is also the rule that for every person that you actually hear a complaint from, there are many more that have said nothing, and simply left. This means that if you have a huge majority of people who are on your forums telling you it is bad, you likely have an even larger group that has simply walked away, and their current numbers support this idea.
