Because it slows down progression....and wrings the maximum amount of play time out of a limited amount of content....FOR BUNGIE. We play a lot...for few if any NEW rewards. Now the question is HOW IS YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THE GAME BEING IMPROVED by limiting your play in this fashion?? How is YOUR experience being improved by Bungie artificially breaking that grind up into to two seperate parts by undersupplying teh game with cores....so you can't level up the gear you want to use WHILE you are levelling up to cap?
