I didn’t want say my ex, but she did cling to the fact that she could be with someone else. So I moved on. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If I can leave a relationship with 24 years of investment, I can damn sure walk away from a video game after 4 years. The dark zone was the worst part of The Division and I really liked the game. I rarely ventured in there and it was usually not a fun part of the game as a solo player. I can remember engaging a boss and his henchmen and then getting killed from behind by some jackass. Unfortunately for him, I didn’t have any gear for him to steal as I had just entered. I’m waiting to pick up The Division 2 in the next month or so. If Massive really has learned their lesson then that is encouraging.

  • Been there done that with the game. Sorry about the wife.... You’ll be pleased with The Division 2. It’s a really good game that can easily become a great one once they polish a few rough edges.

  • Thanks. The people I met online playing Destiny and Call of Duty: Ghost and Advanced Warfare helped get me through that period. It’s one reason Destiny has a spot in my heart. Who knew that Bungie could be just as unreasonable? My birthday is next month, so I’m thinking my daughter will get The Division 2 for me. I’m looking forward to it.

  • Enjoy. I think Bungie’s unreasonableness is being fueled by desperation.

  • It’s desperation, but they aren’t focused on the right corrections. It’s entirely possible that Activision wanted out because of Bungie management, not necessarily because they didn’t believe in the franchise.
