Pretty sure the revelry took no effort or considerable amount of money to make.

That is what this company has been doing for ages , they have our money so doing as little as they can get away with just to keep the game ticking over until they try and sell next DLC . They want to put as little resources into this game as possible, anything to keep costs down .
