When I play way of the Wealth a get a crouched precision kill, sometimes flawless execution doesn't proc. It's inconsistent. Also, using certain weapons with crouching perks (go figure with firmly planted) doesnt seem to feel different between crouching and standing up. Please look into crouching and the crouch mechanic.
