Agree, 100%. Max light should only be attainable from Raids, trials, IB and special events. The raids in D1 were superior in the fact that you could take 1-2 Guardians who had never done the raids through in a couple of hours providing they had thumbs. I used to Sherpa people through KF and CE. I have done one, one Sherpa raid in D2. And that was over 4 hours and like pulling teeth. Over convoluted mechanics and scaling difficulty made the D2 raids a chore to do with noobs. The elitism in D2 raiding community is much higher in my opinion, one of the reasons I stopped raiding much. Lacklustre loot, time constraints and easier path to max light all contributed too. If they are to return to D1 style levelling they need two or three levels of raid like in D1, a less toxic raiding community and shorter raids.

I assume English isn't their primary language but they're still getting their point across. I haven't played Nightfalls, IB or Raids or anything like that with decent consistency since D2 came out. I've literally done all Raids besides EoW and SoS prestiges at least once. I would l like to HAVE to go out of my comfort zone to learn and gain knowledge on the rest of the game. But in the end what you and Asara and I are all tossing out what are our opinions and nothing more.
