As we all know, the Drifter’s Ghost is abnormal, it possesses perhaps one of the most intriguing things about ghosts other than personality, the Red Setting. It has this due to the cannibalization of other ghosts. The Drifter says the Blue Setting can still be accessed but the Red Setting allows the ghost to see “Another Spectrum” of light. This allows it come up with the creation of Dark Motes and Banks. Now, the fact that the light on the ghost indicates a state/Setting makes me wonder, what other Setting could there be? Plus, what is this “new Spectrum of light” and does the Light itself have darker intentions... I personally believe that the Darkness itself is a byproduct of the light. A shadow if you will, I have a feeling that the darkness is a Spectrum of light that broke off/ splintered off from the light. Now this may seem a bit spinfoily but it’s the only way I can explain a ghost seeing another Spectrum of light that is close to the Darkness.
