Hmm, much point in this post?
- Ask for feedback
- Promplty ignore all of said feedback
- Post on forums with the thing you were going to do anyway
Seriously, stuff like this is why you lost me as a loyal and daily player.
Take a look at your competitors - they're showing how to buld a game around player feedback.
Also - Stop calling it a 'discussion', that implies a two way back and forth, which this isn't as you clearly aren't paying attention to your community. Trying to label it a discussion is just lame attempt to make it sound like you're paying attention.
you lost me as a loyal and daily player.
You're not loyal if they lost you.

"Loyal" is different from being "blind". If you're on a relationship and you're betrayed, you have all the rights to end said relationship.
-
You sure can, but you're not loyal if you leave. That's called being "fair-weather".

He was a loyal player (as I was), however, he didn't let his loyalty be perverted into "Faithfulness". Loyalty is hystorical, based on experience. An example of that was when people pre-ordered D2 even though the beta had issues, because D1 was an excellent game (with it's problems, of course, but excellent nonetheless). Faithfulness is eschatological, based on promise and hope, which is, basically, what's keeping D2 alive to this point. The hope that Bungie will fix the enhancement cores issue. Same hope that made people purchase the first season pass and the annual pass with little information on it and the same hope that makes people think that D3 will be different.
