One core.
For a weekly bounty.
When scrapper bounties yield 2 once in a blue moon.
I mean...
Do the devs really believe that we will all instantly stop playing if we masterwork too much gear or have more than 3 or 4 loadouts, right?
What incentive is there for a player looking for cores to complete a weekly that will cost more / require more time and effort vs a daily ?!?!
Depreciation due to overabundance is one thing.
But this??
Do the devs get a portion of their salaries deducted for every core that drops or item that gets masterworked or something??
Really trying to figure this out... you know, since it's still not clear to most people just what it is you're trying to accomplish by insisting on continued use or presence of this resource (short of the obvious of course) and how it makes anything beyond continued player frustration "meaningful" or "impactful"
And please don't say the added value of the weekly vs daily is a completely random mod... that is a separate convo / issue, a much less contentious one, so stop trying to obfuscate the issue surrounding core scarcity given their uses. People want / need more cores. Not a chance for more minor spec mods.

Bungie has a fetish for trickling content.

And enraging their customers / coming across as stubborn and tone deaf, clearly.

Your first point about loadouts. Bump that. I’m the type of player that will build multiple sets for looks and utility. Having a trickle of cores makes this impossible. One load out basicay, because i just don’t have the time.
