Bungie is improving the game, but people got pissed, this community does not deserves this game.

People keep complaining for the wrong stuff. They keep complaining about tbe fact exotics were to easy to get, about the fact that Xur should not sell exotics and they had to be "earned." Whatever Bungie can do people won't be happy, and not only because the community wants contradicting things, but because people are changing their mind over and over. Bungie should not listen the community. The question is not what peoples want, but what they need. No one wanted Jazz before it existed.

You seem to think that there aren’t different groups amongst the community who’s desires completely contradict the others. Bungie knows what to do. They figured it out by the end of 2017 with Destiny. The fact that didn’t learn from anything over 3 years is not the community’s fault, it’s Bungie’s fault all on their own That’s why it’s up to developers to not be detached from the reality of their consumer base. Which is why Bungie gets the crap they get from their community. And you also act like words written on a forum somehow translate to game design. True, some comments might reach the ears of developers, so we’re told by the messengers, but Bungie looks at numbers for their design. They are nerds looking at spreadsheets deciding what people want instead of being “feet on the ground” and actually experiencing what their community experiences, Bungie can’t do that from their minimal testing on their private servers where they get to pick and choose all the gear they use rather than slumming it like the rest of their “unpaid game testers” aka, their player base. Oh and those two things, exotics and Xur. Guess which part of the community has voiced that since fish face first showed up? The precious hardcore no-lifers who use those types of things to stand on soapboxes and act as though they’re awesome for relying on the Bungie lottery system.
