Overall, I am pleased with the content of this TWAB. All of it sounds like it will be fun... and what is a video game without fun?
Question for some of you...
Is it not possible for you to look at this and enjoy the fact that Bungie is trying to do something that should be a fun week? Sounds like they are trying to give us a week where we can relax from "grinding" and just have fun with some cool stuff.

they should re-open up Redrix Claymore quest then - it has been banished away since Year 1 - time to break it out again - I know, I know, they said that they wouldn't BUT they also said when Cosmodrone made an appearance it would be One Time Limited Event. Guess Not.

You can get the broadsword, which is just an objectively better version of the claymore

I have the broadsword that is not the point. Bungie is opening up an activity that was a limited time event - and once gone was not going to be able to be re-visited which is why Thunderlord WAS ADDED to the exotic loot pool After the event was over.
