Nova Warp buffs didn't go far enough in my opinion. Reduce the the cost of a full charge by 7% after they increased it by 60%? Big freaking deal. Reduce charge time by .2 seconds? Wow, we're really hitting the big time now! *Sarcasm* Still the weakest roaming super in the game. But whatever. I haven't played since January because of the first nerf, and I won't be coming back until I see a nerf to Spectral blades.
