You had your chance to get the faction catalyst. So sorry you didn't manage to get them beforehand. The new catalyst are welcome by most I'm sure.

While I might have been playing since D1, not everybody had the chance, so essentially 3 guns will never have catalysts for some players, catalysts shouldn't be exclusive items. Faction armor and weapons and shaders, etc, sure. But upgrades to exotics shouldn't be locked behind Faction pledges now, it's nearly been a year

I agree that those catalysts (faction ones) are already in game should have been made available immediately after faction rallies were taken way. New catalyst are a welcome change.
