So let's get a few things straight. They thankfully buffed Nova Warp, still haven't done anything to spectral, and added new catalysts before ADDING THE FACTION ONES? Where is the logic, cmon! Basically Arc week is literally just putting Arc on everything, nothing special right?

Are you f-ing kidding? So you spent all this time adjusting arc subclasses for this arc week instead of fixing spectral blades? (which is an actual problem in the crucible) it’s great you fixed nova warp but come on your priorities are severely out of wack. You keep delaying what the community wants to push other stuff that’s not a direct problem. Also still no news on enhancement cores. Clearly your priorities are not on the player base feedback as spectral and enhancement cores are missed AGAIN.

Warlocks rejoice! We are finally vindicated. Not only have Bungie openly stated that they overdid it with Novawarp... more importantly, they deemed several non-arc subclasses so useless that they needed to update them RN, rather than waiting for their respective weeks. Finally, I can be more than a Well of Radiance and a Slovabomb.

Why only one week? I'm away on holiday next week and will miss it all. That said, I don't actually think I'm that bothered. There doesn't seem to be any real reason why you've decided to (over) buff all Arc abilities over the other elements. There still isn't actually anything new, you guys still haven't addressed the Enhancement core issue nor actually, fully denied the 'No PvP 4 D3' rumours. In the past missing an event like this would have made me sad, now I'm thinking the timing of my holiday couldn't be better.

This is the kinda of info that would make me excited for the TWAB on a weekly basis. However, this type of info has to be persistent. You’re clearly listening and have responded in kind with regards to Nova’s excessive nerf, spectral’s rampancy, drop rates, the crucible sandbox, and the other subclasses. Please continue to do so going forward. Any new info regarding the entity of the sandbox shouldn’t be kept secret. Leave the secrecy to things like quest content and other types of in game secrets. Please be open about sandbox changes and quality of life changes. That kind of communication will be great and very welcome. Thanks for listening. P.S. You still gotta figure out enhancement cores. Unpopular opinion- I’m actually looking forward to Arc Week. All those buffs sounds really interesting, can’t wait to test them out!

blah blah blah minor buffs blah blah blah minor fixes to issues without actually fixing anything worth noting blah blah blah buy more $10 emotes from Tess Guess you guys are still just expecting people throw money at the screen for shoddy work and minimal upgrade. Oh well, 450k players across 3 consoles says it all, but I guess you guys are waiting til you hit 250k before anythings gets done.

Yesterday the player numbers hit what may well be the per platform lowest player numbers in the history of the game. At the very least it was close.... Most of this is too little too late. You know a lot of people would come back for a simple sign of good faith like removing enhancement cores from infusion. Personally I think there are much worse problems that need to be addressed but really just feeling like you're listening on that point will go a long way to getting back players.... Most of all you need to start taking actions before it becomes a crisis. People have been predicting this player crash would result from you ignoring player concerns for months and you just kept on ignoring it. Now you're going to have to deal with it and it's not going to look like something you're doing "because players told us what they wanted", you're going to look like you're doing it because there's a figurative gun to your head to do something before you lose the players you have left. Doing something because you had no choice "tests" a lot differently than doing something because you heard your community and took action to give them what they wanted. You're going to have to do it eventually. Do you really want it to be because you had no choice? You're not going to be able to spin that as "listening to the players". It's going to look bad. You're going to look weak for finally caving into demands, and foolish that it took a literal catastrophe to make it happen. You're in a gocart playing chicken with a big rig. Except it's night time and your gocart doesn't have headlights so not only are you going to lose, the rig isn't even going to know it ran you over.

So titan and warlocks can use roaming supers... and range attacks... but Hunter MELEE roaming super gets nerfed......... meanwhile, our -blam!-ing tether shot doesn't even one shot somebody and NO ONE EVER... -blam!-ING EVER, uses the bottom void tree.... wake up
