Error Message The Destiny 2 forsaken annual pass requires ownership of destiny 2 curse of osiris warmind and forskaen content if you have already purchased thses expansions and feel that you have received this message in error please visit help.bungie.net From Blizzard Hello again, Kyle. This is Game Master Vannthur, and I'm sending this in follow-up to our chat. As we discussed, this account does have Destiny 2, Destiny 2: Forsaken, and the Destiny 2: Forsaken Annual pass, so you should be able to access all content in this game. Hopefully either scan/repair or uninstall/reinstall works, but if there are any issues after trying those steps, contact Bungie through their forums at www.bungie.net Thank you again for your time today, and don't hesitate to let us know if there are any other questions or concerns needing our attention. =)

Hey there, Hydro. Appreciate you reaching out to us about your issue. Looking into your account, you own Destiny 2 and the Forsaken Annual Pass, but you don't appear to own Forsaken (Or, at least, it's not attached to your account right now). To attempt to restore your Battle.net licenses, please try the following:
1. Make sure that you are logged in to the correct Battle.net account that owns Destiny 2. 2. Try logging in on another location to see if you can play or not. 3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. 4. If the above didn't work, try the following steps:
1. Close the Battle.net app. 2. Via a web browser; change your Battle.net password 3. Restart Destiny 2 via the Battle.net app

If the above didn't work, you may want to contact Blizzard Support to see if anything has happened to your Destiny 2: Forsaken license.

I understand you spoke with Blizzard support. Please log out of both the website and the Blizzard Battle.net launcher. After logging out, please log in to the Blizzard website (Don't use any saved login information, make sure and type your username/password) and go to your account's page that shows your owned games and its content. Go to Destiny 2 and insure that you're account says it owns Destiny 2, Forsaken, and Forsaken: Annual Pass. If it says you own it, so far, so good. If, however, it only lists Destiny 2 and none of the DLC, then your issue may be that you're logging in with the wrong account. If the website says the account owns all the relevant licenses, then start up the launcher and log in again; remember to manually type your login username/password instead of using any auto-complete methods to insure you're using the account that you intend to be using. After doing so, see if your issue is resolved. If things still aren't working properly and the website says you own the licenses, then I'd suggest deleting your cvars file ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407 ). That may resolve your issue. Failing all of the above, some of the actual game data may be corrupted, requiring a full uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully something else above fixes your issue as a reinstall can take quite a bit of time, but it may end up being your only option. Good luck! Please post back if you still have the issue even after following the above steps. ----- Do take note that if you're absolutely sure you're logging in with the correct account on the Blizzard website, yet the website says you only own Destiny 2 and none of the DLC, then you'll have to keep in contact with Blizzard. If their very own system says you don't own the DLC content, regardless of what the rep is telling you, then there's no DLC licenses for the game to detect you owning. So, if that's the case, you'll need to keep talking with Blizzard concerning a licensing issue.
