These things never work right. They only seem to work in places where you need them the least.
Are they stackable? Do they cancel each other out? Who knows, the game doesn't tell you.

Yeah I have no idea but some games I have too much ammo, others I get literally none for the entire game and there's one invader with infinite special and heavy ammo.
