It's impossible to win gambit prime solo. I've never been so shocked at a majority of a community. I've experienced so many... extremely horrible guardians in gambit prime. What the hell has happened to the caliber of players lol? So with that being said, you should definitely not listen to anyone on these forums...90% of people have no idea wtf is going on in this game... It's embarrassing

Stop bashing other players. Because maybe they are just trying to get through matches to level up and its bungies fault for making the power grind a terrible experience. Not players forced into game modes they have zero interest in. And its pretty crappy to speak on the quality of other guardians. Thats a kinda pathetic gaming elitism. Your the great guardian of the tower. Shut up quit complaining and carry the team to victory. Anyway sorry this guys post bothered me. Bungie ships crappy content with crappy match making and a terrible game play loop on top of the worst power grind and infusion economy and reward system....and were bashing the quality of the player base. Nah man. Blame bungie. Or find a way to score a fire team of great players like yourself.

I’ve had pretty good success solo while playing nova bomb, I find the game a lot easier if you take the initiative to slay the invader. Let your team clear and get the motes! You can find other ways to be helpful.

I basically decided to focus on the sentry role because keeping the bank clear is typically not a priority for a lot of random players. One of the issues affecting player behavior is the idiotic leader board. For the less experienced player they will look at it and think the only thing that matters is number of kills, motes deposited and guardian kills. This means many will simply avoid taking in powerful enemies (elites and blockers) ... while chasing every mote. I really wish they would look at it and either remove it or redesign it based on the effectiveness of team roles.

Totally with you man, the scoreboard will always create some ego problems, but to a point as a solo at least you are making the effort to fill in the roles that others won’t! I find most people I team with just going hard on invasions. Which more power to you, I’m a horrible invader but their is so much more to the game! Let’s just put out a PSA or hope that a kind and fairly popular content creator releases a video on gambit prime xD
