Your initial statement was that you're forced to play it which is false. The last two exotic quests have been for tlw and thorn which are iconic d1 pvp weapons. They are mainly only utilised in pvp so if you don't like pvp why do you want to pursue a pvp utilised gun when it's effectively just going to sit unused in the vault.
