That's what I am getting at. Regardless, it is flat wrong. Seriously, what makes them think they are above reproach? What makes them think that as a company selling a product, they should not have any level of customer service that can be reached in ANY way? And don't say the forums like they prescribe. We know they don't monitor or reply to anything here.

They don’t and they can’t be reached. Seriously they are completely un contactable.

It is a really bad look. Smacks of arrogance and at minimum them knowing they have serious problems that they cannot or do not want to be held to account for.
