Only annual pass owners get the stuff below the line. There are two exotic quests, though, so thorn might be the free one or it might be the Annual Pass one. But yeah, the private matches I didn't notice was in both places. The new maps are only if you matchmake into them, unless you get the annual pass (there's a tiny asterisk on it that I only just noticed)
