Not able to get on my characters

I try to chose one of my characters to use and it tells me I lost connection to Destiny 2 servers. It doesn't give me an error code it just tells me my permissions might have changed or my profile might be in use somewhere else, as well as to check the help section of Bungie (ha, like that's any help) for more information. Checked my emails and didn't see anything from Bungie saying I was banned so I think I'm good there. I'm signed in no-where else with my Playstation account other than on Bungie's site here as well, besides having two other sites access my Destiny 2 characters.

  • Try these and try after each step to see if it has done the trick. Step 1. Clear your system's cache. Step 2. Manualy log out of your account and if you have a second account on your system log into and then manualy log out of that then back into yours manualy. Step 3. This is the hardest..... Use a different internet as in a wifi you have promotion to use or a mobile phone then back onto your own internet. Otherthings you can do is resetting your router and then your cache to completly refresh your internet connection.
