Says I get 60 FPS, but the gameplay looks like 20 FPS
For a solid week I've had choppy frame rates, and me being a snob I cant play on 20 FPS. Worst part is, the frame rate counter says I have 60 FPS. I've tried scan and repair in the blizzard launcher, uninstalling Destiny 2, and even leaving my clan cause some forums said that was the case. It's just Destiny too, I can run Arma 3 (A terribly optimized game) at a solid 60 FPS.
My specs are:
Geforce GTX 1080
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight Core
16 Gb of RAM
And I have two monitors set up, both in 3840 x 2160 but I run most of my game at 2560 x 1440
I feel really bad for flexing but I just want this issue resolved, if anyone has any

You may want to perform a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46501]scan and repair[/url] in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue. If that doesn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories: [quote] [quote][b]– %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC[/b][/quote] [i]More information[/i]: [spoiler][b]*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc.[/b] [i]The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. You may want to turn VSYNC on or off to see if that helps at all. You may also need to cap your framerate.
