How does one obtain truth to power lore. I have obtained one this week on one character by visiting the queen with my offering and opening the chest but not on my others. If this is "RNG", then this is kind of ridiculous and a poor attempt to try and keep players playing. Please respond as I am really confused as a lot of other players are most likely too. THANK YOU.
