I can still hate ignorance even tho I mute people. Ignorance still exists even if I block it on the forums. That's why I attempt to communicate than shut people out first.

Since you obviously have a hard time with clear and consequential thinking, I'll help you out on "accessible": It means that you can do it with a reasonable effort and time. Prime example: Whisper of The Worm quest, in case you still have problems with that level of abstraction and need a concrete example.
