Bungie wanted to give us another Outbreak Prime moment. The problem lies in that they're using it as a feature, not a hidden secret. This just seems shallow to me.

The other problem is that it was an exotic quest tied in with the raid. This is locking the content away from us and not just casual players. It's a slap in the face for everyone who isn't a streamer.
