Don't worry about the puzzle. If you are reading this while you are at work, by the time you arrive home there will be a half dozen youtube videos explaining what to do.

Wrong, we won’t even get to participate in the puzzle. Once a single fire team completes it, Niobe is unlocked for everyone.
