Any solo players hoping for a better solo experience in Anthem... read this

So a lot of people are throwing out that they will abandon D2 for anthem when it comes out. That's great... Are you antisocial? because this Gaming Rag says you won't have as much fun unless you're in a group... a rag is a rag, but I knew the similarities would start showing up. Still might play it.

  • Which I find disappointing. They should've made teaming up a bonus, not the focus, imo. This isn't an MMO where there's entire economies, massive amounts of content, and in-depth player-to-player interaction. Add on top of it all that it's online-only, that just means the game gets killed the day it stops making EA money. Why would I drop 60+ dollars on a game with a limited lifespan? What really pisses me off is it looks great. It looks fun. But I'm not interested in an online only game that I can only play for as long as they want to keep it alive. All that money, time, effort, gear, all gone when they kill the game one day. There was no logical reason to make this online-only. There's plenty of games that make great SP experiences with additional online cooperative support, so it's not like they didn't have a choice. Sick of "shared world" games, honestly. They all lack depth the further you get in the game.
