One cannot prove or disprove either. It's like saying the Cashier a store ripped you off because the Store Manager set high prices. Think about your own job. How many decisions do you actually [i]control[/i]. How many times have you had to just say "I'll pass it along" (or some facsimile) because there was nothing you could do or guarantee? There is a reason the saying "Don't shoot the messenger" is a thing. And this applies perfectly.
