Pro Tip: If bungie isn't gonna do jack sh!t about cheaters the easiest way to ban them is bait them into a hate message, and PSN bans within about 15 minutes. First offense is 24-48 hours i believe on PSN. Works every time.
PSN will ALWAYS ban for hate speech or any message with swear words directed towards you. My record is 6 minutes getting someone banned.

I just had two admit to it by begging me not to report them on PC. They blocked me afterwards. I don;t think they realize their chat is saved in the Battle.net Launcher.
