When you look at this, look at their wins, individually. See how many opposing players (Did Not Finish) DNF.

I just checked a handful from the top and most of them haven't played in over 10 months to a year. There is one person that played a couple of days ago.

Just keep going down. Many of them change accounts. I would have to assume that it’s happening so much right now that they are running into each other and therefore win % is going to drop. Too much money to be made in comp right now.
