When people report those who are clearly cheating or ddosing and we still come across them all the time, you obviously don't care. I've never seen a developer so far gone as to let the cheaters remain playing the game and ruin it for others, when you are quite happy giving people bans for leaving matches because your matchmaking is the worst I've ever seen.
It looks as if you condone cheating.
People need to be shown that you are doing what you say you are because there is no evidence apart from 1 guy to say that you take cheating seriously

This right here. Even more shameful when you look up their gamertags and they have been doing it for over a year with YouTube videos, threads about them, etc. yet they are still playing. Some of these DDOSers have tons of threads on Bungie’s forums but they have all been shut down for “name and shame”. No further action taken, only toward the victims.
