Whose time is worth $75 an hour? Some young teenage gamer? Maybe, but not likely for most. My point is that he could sue if he wanted, but if there are no real damages, then he will be wasting his time and money. Additionally, he may owe Bungie’s attorney’s fees and costs if he loses. There has to be an economic loss.
