Redrix Broadsword Grind worth it?
After receiving my Redrix I can't help but feel that it really wasn't worth it. Don't get me wrong, when you get desperado to pop it is an absolute beast. However that is the issue, you have to get desperado. Without Desperado it is easily out gunned by the likes of Bygones, inaugural address and the majority of other pulse rifles. Its range compared to bygones is like using a hand cannon rather than a pulse.
As I said with desperado in toe it is a monster but other than that I can see why a lot prefer bygones. Anyone else feel the same?

2 RepliesIt is a good pve gun but the god roll chattering bone may be the best pulse i’ve found for pvp, but a god roll bygones is good too. I love my redrix, but it’s my pve gun, not that i can’t be good with it in crucible, but i like it in pve.

It's pretty fun to use in PvE and pretty good there too, but in PvP especially in this bygones/go figure shotty meta it's rather a bit difficult to use, and if you get people constantly playing aggressive you won't be able to make the most use out of it.

I think it depends. I actually prefer it over bygones because it has the potential to 2 burst consistently. If someone is rocking bygones I can usually outrange them. Same rule applied as I used from bygones: fire first. But its definitely harder to use which is why I can see going back to bygones or inaugural address

I agree with Rocket in pve it a realy good gun in pvp it get a bit use to but ion this meta i would not use it sins hand cannon's a master race now
