No, snipers require skill to land a headshot against moving targets, so if flinch is removed it will be for the better. If Bungie do buff the snipers, shotguns will still be the more dominant weapon, the whole point of this sniper buff is to give players who love sniping a chance to compete against others. You want proof, look at how y3 d1 was

But you already have a chance against snipers you just need practice choosing smart engagements and making sure that you can kill them first which is very possible with flinch that we have today. And also y3 d1 was the best time for the crucible, special ammo was time-gated which led to more primary gunfights and even though sidearms were a little annoying it was still very fun to use primaries and not have to worry about OHK weapons.s
