Scope Sway was removed quite a while back. No Snipers have it anymore. A few Legendary Snipers roll with random scopes such as Long Shadow and a couple others. Bite of the Fox and The Supremacy have pretty excellent fixed scopes, however. Low impact snipers have always been three body shots to kill. This is been a thing since Destiny 1. Snapshot has also always been a necessity on Snipers. It's one of the perks that makes one a good roll.
