This is why you have low zoom scopes and Enhanced Unflinching Sniper mods on your armour for snipers.
It's also helpful if you get Long Shadow with Snapshots/Moving Target and add a Icarus mod to it.

I think the “low zoom” scopes are still way too high. Why isn’t there a sniper with a simple mid range rifle acog? Or is there one with a similar scope that I do not know of. I found it so much easier to use snipers in D1 simply because some of the scopes weren’t so zoomed in. I literally suck with them in D2, even in PvE

I have this exact roll. Icarus mod is not great on it. Targeting adjuster is much better
