I have basically a full set with the best sniping perks I can find and the flinch is often still untameable, even on PC, I do fine because on PC you can be quicker to scope in and pop them in the head, however all too often I'll scope in, shoot and be flinched the very millisecond I do so and miss by miles. Shotguns and pulse rifles are absolutely the meta on PC right now and it frankly gets boring at times, if sniping was even a little easier I feel like it would be a lot more even. I absolutely don't want them to nerf other weapons, make the ones lacking a bit better and see if it works!
