Sniping is fine the way it is. There’s no reason you should be able to shoot someone with a headshot when they’re drilling you in the face with high caliber rounds. That happens enough already. We don’t need to go back to broken snipers that we had in D1 like the no land beyond that could headshot regardless of where your reticle was. Shoot first, and problem solved.
There’s no reason you should be able to shoot someone with a headshot when they’re drilling you in the face with high caliber rounds.
The problem is that the damage threshold needed to cause flinch is equivalent to an enemy sneeze in your face. Glancing hits from light weight, low damage weapons should not be able flinch targets much, while precision shows from hand cannons should rock your senses.

Challenge: you stand at 20 yards with an M 24 sniper rifle, while I shoot you in the face with an M4 A1. Tell me how easy it is to shoot back.
