I can't prove it, but it is my belief that hand cannons took a stealth PvE nerf in Forsaken. No where near as bad as scout rifles, but I swear it's there. Also, pulse rifles got a stealth buff in Forsaken. Again, I can't prove it, but come on this one is easy, you all feel it I know you do.

I haven’t used hand cannons in a while, but most feel underwhelming. I noticed better devils feels like it’s lost some efficiency.
