Whew, I knew I wasn't crazy.
My Purpose scout rifle has felt extremely underwhelming in PvE as of lately, and I couldn't understand why it was taking so many bullets to kill standard red enemies.
Same for my Forsaken Nameless Midnight with Rampage, Minor Spec, AND High Impact Reserves. I just couldn't figure out why they felt so weak.
Now I know, thanks for the clarity.
