Go back to D1, the sandbox team, on live stream, were confused where some weapons were and why they couldn't equip another exotic. They made the content, yet have no idea what to do with it. And these are the people who make balance judgements. You don't see a person driving a car in their 30s, and have no idea how to fill the car with gas without thinking how stupid they must be. Or a person on a forum bashing on others because a joke sailed 10 miles over their head.
