15%?????? No bungie please make that atleast a solid 30% because even before scouts got weaker they were already pretty bad... I remember in D1 I could rock a scout rifle and feel amazing at it one tapping every dreg with a high rate of fire scout but now it takes 2 to 3 shots with a SLOW rate of fire scout so PLEASE make them GOOD and not just ok to use.
