After secretly nerfing them by 30%! So then they are still nerfed by 15% which wasn't needed at all.
I know no one who ever used Scout rifles pre-Forsaken, since they garbage anyway. Pretty much everyone was using either pulse or auto rifles.
So Bungie was completely off their rocker to nerf their damage by 30% in PVE. Just doesn't make any sense at all. They needed a buff if anything.

Dude...MIDA
-
Mida is a shadow of itself, used to have hcr’s, which bung balanced away
-
Oh yeah
-
Mida was just a hype and one of the easiest Exotics to get at that time.
-
Is that a confirmed number on the nerf?! If that’s the case, 15% ain’t gonna be enough as you rightly point out....
-
It’s a confirmed number
-
weird... the MIDA ruled Crucible before the PR buff and the Nameless Midnight has been a constant utility since launch. 🤷🏽♂️
-
Nameless Midnight is still my go to.

I used Nameless Midnight almost exclusively in PVE from the beginning. Hard hitting at long range with very little dropoff and good at clearing weak adds in groups? Yes please. Then they made it suck, even after I wasted cores to infuse it up to 500+.

The simple fact that they thought Scouts needed a nerf, completely baffles me. Either they play some other version of this game or they live in an alternative reality where Scouts are stronger than The Sleeper.

Nameless midnight, plaedis corrector and manannan sr4? You watch most streamers and one of the guns was being used in PvE most the time pre-forsaken.

So what? Everybody was using Better devils too. What's the point of making good weapons just to nerf them when everybody likes to use them? They should do MORE great weapons, increase the pool of excellent gear, not nerf what's already good. That approach just make everything become average, become boring and not fun. They should know better, they tried that in Y1 of D2 and it was a big flop.

Tried mine after explosive round nerf, the 3 sit in vault, not too powerful now
-
That's my point precisely. They were ok, no nerf was needed, either before Forsaken or after. Bungie can't just stop screwing itself.

Where did you get 30% from?
